The procedure is indicated when a lesion on the neck occurs, which can cause a severe inflammation (of the cyst), when other systemic disease is verified or excluded (histopathological analysis of the cyst).

How to get prepared?
Day before surgery a patient should eat light food and stop smoking and drinking alcohol and not take anything orally after a night’s sleep.
